Yes, The Landry is pet-friendly community and we love our four-legged residents. We welcome both dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home, in line with our community pet policy.

Utilities are not included in the rent at The Landry. Residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable, and typically pay a separate, usage-based charge for water, sewer, and trash that is billed through the community each month.
